Terms of delivery

General
-We are committed to following the rules and principles governing mail order and e-commerce set forth by Suomen Suoramarkkinointiliitto ry, as well as all laws governing the consumer trade

Products and prices
-All prices include VAT. The prices are displayed in conjunction with the product descriptions. Postage and delivery fees are added on and depend on the location of delivery. We don`t deliver C.O.D. orders outside Finland.

Delivery method and time
-Orders will be mailed, economy class, to the recipient as a package or letter, depending on the size of the order. Delivery times vary from three to six weeks, depending on the location of delivery. You can return to merchandise within 14 days of delivery. You can return the merchandise free-of-charge. The merchjandise must be unused and unchanged

Reclamations
-If the delivered merchandise is faulty, you have the right to return it to us free of charge. Please let us know whether you want the refund as money or credit. If you choose the former, please enclose your account number.
